Is it for me?

There are an overwhelming amount of treatments for body and mind out there. Quite frankly it is baffling!

Sometimes its pretty simple. A sports massage can boost your serotonin levels by as much as 30%, decrease stress hormones, activate painkilling endorphins, improve sleep and reduce fatigue. I have a few customers who like a sports massage every month or two, it helps them feel ‘ironed out’ and fresh – plus it gives them time to focus entirely on themselves while having a sort of body MOT.

Other times its less simple. Lets put it this way, your body is complex and aches and pains aren’t always what they might seem. For example, a client of mine came to me with cracking migraines – after a consultation and root through her medical history it turned out they were caused by compensatory patterns established following a break to her arm…from several years ago! 3 treatments later and she doesn’t suffer with the migraines anymore.

Each treatment I deliver is tailor made around you, your issues and your medical history. No treatment is ever the same because no 2 customers are ever the same.

Anyway, I’ve put together this list of ways Sports Therapy could help you, but I could have gone on much longer. If you’re still unsure if its for you feel free to send me a message to with a few details and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
